Funny thing…when your house shifts, it does weird things to your plumbing and your “flow”.
Apparently we had some “negative flow” going on with our upstairs bathrooms. And in this case, it was evident to our very untrained (though regretfully now more trained) eye. After we removed the drywall in the living room, we stood back and just kinda said to each other, “do those pipes look like they should be doing that?”
Obviously a rhetorical question.
And unfortunately, in this instance negative is not a good thing. Not like “hey your test for that horrific jungle rot disease came back negative!” We needed positive flow….and I’m thinking some positive vibes.
You know where this is leading. The plumbers were back out at the house to try to correct the flow of our two upstairs bathrooms.
Which means more drywall removed.
And structural things messed with.
At least our kids think it’s funny…this is how they think we should great people who come over now. It’s very “Adams Family”-ish. Why, hello Thing.
Electricians are scheduled next.
Are you sensing my excitement? :/
